Liverpool Residential 2017
11 pupils and 3 staff ventured forth across the country to the fair city of Liverpool on 26th April. Arriving on a bright, sunny west coast we disembarked at a smart YHA right on the waterfront. A busy schedule involving no less than 3 museums, 1 theatre, 1 cinema, 1 restored tug boat and a cathedral ensured that no-one had time to be bored and in fact all were kept interested and learned a thing or two. The weather was kind and the food was plentiful, which was good as we walked over 20,000 steps on Thursday! The pupils were a credit to themselves and to the school with a number of members of the public remarking on their manners and behaviour. A slightly delayed return due to traffic did not dampen the spirits and all went home happy and full of tales to tell.
