This clip is Day 1 of a 30 days programme of exercise for children. It uses animations to show how to do a variety of different exercises. If you search Little Sports you will get a series of videos aimed at keeping children active.
This clip shows some basic exercises you can do daily for general health. Suitable for adults and children.
Vary your exercise routine between doing stretching and strengthening exercises, cardio work out where you get hot and sweaty, and some mindfulness/yoga. That way you will get an all round body fitness and keep your mind active and healthy too.
